Usability Testing, watching what users actually do, is one of the best ways to uncover issues in your web site or app. Yet many people shy away from it because of the perceived cost and time.   I’ll demonstrate how you can easily and quickly conduct usability testing.  Then we’ll discuss what we learned from the user and changes we would make based on the testing.   The goal is for participants to feel confident and well-equipped to conduct their own usability testing.
