Join me as we take time for ourselves to unwind. We’ll let the breath guide the body and let the mind take the back seat. Breathing and moving with intention, we’ll do vinyasa flow from the comfort of your own home. This will be a gentle class focusing on flowing from pose to pose and linking the movement with the breath. We’ll close it off with a mediation.
No experience needed to join, all levels welcome, I will guide you through it. You just have to have a body and the breath (yoga mat will help but if not it’s ok).
