This Project Management training gives anyone the tools to manage a project today. It removes the hurdles often presented by the Project Management Body of Knowledge and provides a common-sense approach to managing Information Services projects. This methodology has been provided to Executives, Certified Project Managers, Help Desk Staff, Engineers and other job classes in Information Services and enabled an expansion of Project Management capabilities in the IS organization.
