With the move to remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic great stress has been placed on the cloud application world to be an even more collaborative space than it was before. Cloud-based tools like Zoom became platforms forms for all forms of communication and replacement for physical workspaces that we had to abandon. This talk will focus on how UCSF protects the privacy of our information amidst the needs of the institution to integrate more and more services and features into Zoom. We will also explore how UCSF Health and UCSF campus weigh risk while still being able to bring accessibility to our academic and patient communities.
