Jessica Hilt has worked as a community builder in both technical and non-technical fields for more than a decade. At the University of California San Diego, she works in the library as the manager of applications development, concentrating on open-source communities and collaboration. She teaches technologists how to increase adoption of new technologies, create strategic stories, and use EQ to understand each other. As a founder of UC San Diego’s Women in Tech group, she’s passionate about helping women with career development and advancement.
