With my background in research, design, and IT in the higher education industry, my goal is to make the customer service as helpful and accessible as possible in spaces of education in under 15 minutes, whether that is in 200+ classrooms I oversee or in the cyberspace world of Zoom. It makes my day when I successfully lead my team to solve the technology problems over a 1,232 acre campus to facilitate educational experiences.
My work is driven by values in justice, equity, and sustainability and I am fueled by the inspiring work of colleagues who I build community with. I am a generalized design enthusiast and you can often catch me making a remark about anything from furniture, fashion, Powerpoints, sidewalks, apps, or websites.
